Love the fabric of the chair and it’s very soft only don’t like how the larger pillow flops over the back of the chair and over time it’ll lose its shape.

Purchased as an open box item, but would otherwise consider returning. Seat cushion is comfortable, and fabric is pleasant to the touch. Seat height is lower than expected, and there is virtually no back support. Tall pillow is lying to you. Chair is rated for 450lbs, yet swivel is very difficult at 350lbs load. Proportions may be attractive, but yield a sitting experience like a whiskey barrel cosplaying as a dog bed.

So cute! It looks amazing in my space. But it was weirdly hard to put together. The instructions didn’t make any sense but we just used common sense :)

We got the gray, and it looks pretty cheap. It’s not super solid, and when you lean back it leans back and makes noise from the track. Not impressed- wish I got something else

The fabric is very creamy. It is not beige. I gave a 1 star because Wayfair does not acknowledge that the color is misrepresented.
