Chair came defective but the issue was handled by the company. Great customer service. Not sure if this is a continuing issue though.

These chairs are beautiful. The quality is excellent. The chairs took maybe 15 minutes to put together for the first one and 10 for the second. Directions were easy to follow. Extremely happy with my purchase and will buy again. It looks perfect in my small financial office!
