The staff at the store wss friendly and professional. The deluvery team was friendly but toward the end, became careless and damaged the last piece of furniture and tracked mud on my brand new carpet, even though there were carpet pieces and lg blankets on the floor.

Received the bed. Had some scratches ordered the copper one it’s not a smooth finish it’s rough but it’s good not bad for a child not adult the weight limit on these beds are 150 pounds I will keep it.

UPDATE 02/04/23 My dissatisfaction has been resolved. Took them quite some time but patience and trust on their word paid off. I can say now the daybed is perfectly useful. It is a sturdy bed. The rusty bronze color gave it a vintage appeal. Love it! Thank you, Wayfair for getting this resolved. UPDATE 12/28/22 Sorry, Wayfair, have to take back 2 stars. I am still waiting for the parts! There are also many discrepancies in your shipping date info. FedEx already confirmed shipping label was initiated but Wayfair have yet to send the package to FedEx. I am staying patient giving Wayfair the chance to resolve. Buttomline… where is my package HEADS UP CONSUMERS the app is not in sync with Wayfair website. WON’T SHOW YOUR APP ORDERS on WEBSITE page and customer service cannot seem to find your app order too when you call or chat. You have to continue on the platform you initially used. Hassle. Let’s hope it comes in time as promised - est ship 1226, est del 1229 I want to love this daybed but there were issues that made me give 3 stars until the manufacturer or Wayfair resolves it. Giving them that chance. The look is quite rustic. It is like old bronze farm pc of furniture. We were able to put the first level bed together. Easy work. Hardwares are complete in that one. Now the trundle - this is where the 3-star grade comes. The trundle is missing a part, 1 metal slat. It is supposed to have 20, the box only has 19. I decided to not let this issue slip away bec I also bought 3-yr Allstate Furniture Protection. If something goes wrong I don’t have to be blamed for not bringing up to Wayfair manufacturer’s attention this missing metal slat. The biggest issue is manufacturer defect on one of the end rail of the trundle. The holes for the screws shows to have like an inserted fastener for the screws to drive into the metal and attach one pc to the other. On this defective rail the other 2 holes have it BUT THE OTHER 2 DOES NOT. So can’t assemble the trundle. At this point it is useless and not functioning as trundle. Let’s see how this gets resolve and how fast.
