Looks exactly like the picture, features were just as advertised. Love the massage feature, and the lighting.

Ordered two of these massaging recliners for our Wellness Rooms and they have been a great hit! I do wish there were more controls for the massaging options, but the heating and everything else has been fantastic. Sturdy, soft, and just what we needed!

White glove delivery was quick and efficient. The only issue is I didn’t get an owner’s manual, which I expected since there are multiple buttons that are “hidden” when the seat is occupied so the hunt for the desired function is necessary. The seat is higher than expected and a step to get in is then in the way of the leg section so not convenient for reclining. The chair is so comfortable though that sleeping without reclining is possible. Numerous ads from Wayfair is the additional price one must endure.

Love it. Only problem not sure how charging phone works. Comfortable.
