Good at first then small issues started to occur, stuff like the reclining system start to get stuck

The Reclining looks ok, but I have to raise 3 stars because had a bad experience with the first delivery guy, putted the delivery instruction as call 30 mins before arrive, he called with rush, arrived after 15 mins and told me only wait 10 mins, why I asked 30mins why you left at just 25 mins after call, please follow the customer instructions seriously. They rescheduled for next few days, the second guys were pretty nice and kind.

They look so much nicer in person than the pictures. The lighter colored stitching breaks up the grey nicely with each part of the couch distinguished from the next. They are supportive yet comfortable and they feel durable. I love the height of the backrests and the armrests are surprisingly comfortable with a supportive foam despite the minimalist profile. The only drawback to me is the length of the footrest on the recliners this is only because I have long legs, everyone else has no issues with that. Once reclined I have complete coverage head to toe. These really helped hi-light the rest of our furniture without taking attention away from them.

Love the fabric and color! Firm, but comfy. Lower back cushion provides great lumbar support while sitting and reclining which is exactly what my husband and I need. Love the cupholder feature and the couch has a hidden drop down center cushion for more cupholders! Delivery and setup was seamless!
