Came mostly assembled and in pristine condition. Mostly solid wood and very well builtfinished. I was able to put a library wall together by myself and we absolutely love how it turned out.

Purchased 3 of the single door book cases. I was very impressed with the quality of the wood construction and flawless finish. The ability to connect multiple units together snugly was a huge plus. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the use of plastic for the louvered door panels. This surprised me considering the quality birch and poplar used throughout the shelves. The door panel color matches the wood perfectly but they are not totally flat and this detracts from the quality of the piece.

I absolutely love these bookcases! They are beautifully crafted with an elegant design and make the perfect addition to our home.

We are very happy with our library bookcase, they are sturdy and just the right size for our 8ft ceiling. We added crown molding to the top to give it the illusion of built ins. We ordered 2 of the single door cases and 2 of the 2 door cases because that worked best for our space. I plan to “tweak” them with a couple of small changes, then I will post our pics.

Just as pictured. Not much assembly needed. Comes in a very tall large box. Color is accurate. Very sturdy/heavy. Seems well made. The inside the of cabinet door can be flipped to a smooth look. The clips on the back are a bit tough to open. It’s sort of like a photo frame mechanism to remove and secure. The door itself and hinges are screwed into the cabinet and would take some work to flip to have it open the other direction. It looks like it can be done but will require some work. Overall, it meets expectations. Thank you!
