Got it as an open box deal. Missing screws but Customer service was helpful, refunded a portion of cost, and directed me where I could buy replacement screws. Chair is as pictured, a bit firm. Adjustable feet is a plus. Fabric is going to be a challenge with dog hair.

I love the chair and ottoman. The style is cool and modern. Its not orange (although it looks like it in the picture. Its also lighter than it appears in the picture). Its more of a light autumn blush color. Its beautiful. Im glad I took a chance and ordered it. The material is different, but its comfortable to sit on. I would recommend it.
