These are very comfortable chairs, but very average in terms of attractiveness. I used them in a commercial office space. I would buy these again.

Ordered 2 chairs. One box was fine, the other was "swollen". I opened the box that was fine and as soon as I read the warning about the cushions I had an idea of what may have caused the other box to swell up. I hesitated to open the second box because if anything in that box was damaged I would not be able to return it. After the first chair was assembled I was so happy with it that I decided to open the swollen box and hope for the best. As I suspected, the seat cushion package seal had somehow released and the cushion had expanded, but nothing in the box was damaged. I will recommend that when assembling the chair, tighten the screws connecting A to D and D to B. Insert and start but do NOT tighten the screws (big screws with knobs) that connect the backrest (C) to the sides (A & B) until AFTER you put in the spring/seat (F). The directions don't warn you that if you do tighten those big knob screws you'll never be able to fit (F) in between the sides A & B.

The chairs arrived quickly. Assembly was very easy. The only downfall for me is the color appears to be more of a blue gray versus a black gray. On the backside bottom there is a Supportbar that is covered with black material that does not match the other fabric.I am using them in my salon reception area,. They are very sturdy all in all. I would give it a 4 12 . points off for the black fabric in the back -)

Sturdy and comfortable. I use it in an office and have had no complaints from clients.

A great looking chair that is easy to assemble! It was exactly what I was looking for.
