Bed was delivered and installed with no nightstands. Description and pictures online state nightstands are included but they are not according to manufacturer. Bed was installed incorrectly by white glove service and collapsed while sleeping on the first night. Manufacturer and Wayfair providing no resolution at this point.

Solid, comfortable and look great

Love the bed, the delivery crew was great. Unfortunately the footboard came with a large chunk cracked off, so Wayfair is sending a replacement and will have the delivery crew replace the broken part. Other than that, the only negative for us is that we have a 14” mattress which is much larger than the mattress in the photo, so no much of the headboard actually extends up past the mattress. Even still, we are very happy with the bed and are looking forward to having the broken part replaced.

Absolute worst experience ever with this. First off, when we bought the bed, the listing clearly stated that the nightstands were included. That's why we bought it. There are loads of beds + nightstands on this site where the details tell you "nightstands not included." At the time of purchase, this was not one of those. The listing said nightstands were included. When the bed was delivered, the "White Glove" placement and assembly people unboxed everything but couldn't do their job, because half of the instructions were missing. Also, the nightstands were missing. At the time of delivery, we spoke with an agent who said, yes, I can see that the nightstands are supposed to be included, so they submitted the replacement for the nightstands and the assembly instructions. Of course there was no way to reschedule the people to come back for the assembly. Two weeks later, bed parts all spread out in our room, after two online chats who assured us that the nightstands and instructions were on the way, we got an email that the replacement order was canceled. I phoned in to see what was going on, and suddenly, the stands were NOT included. The manufacturer refused to send them, even though the sales listing said they were included. We were given a full refund and waited another week for someone to come pick up all the pieces. And lo and behold, right after this incident (like literally right after I called following the cancelation email), the listing was changed to no longer show the stands were included. Moral of this story? Take screenshots of all the product details every time you buy from here. And if you're concerned about the inclusion of a part, email to get an answer in writing.

The bed itself it super nice. Unfortunately it was shipped missing one of the five boxes which took an additional month to get in. Additionally one of the boxes with the hardware was torn apart upon arrival.
