Belles, mais fragiles. Facile à assembler. Problème avec la commande mais excellent service à la clientèle.

Very very bad service. The stools are fine... at least for now, but they arrived after 3 months even if when we bought them, they were in stock. We supposed to receive them on 15 October, we received them in January 10th! At the beginning they were telling us we will receive them in two weeks. Then it was changed in two months because of out of stock, by 15th December. Nobody called us to tell that we will not receive them. They made us aware just a day before and that's because we called them. So we were told that we will receive them in February 19th. Finally, they arrived in January 10th. We didn't expect that. We were thinking to cancel them. By this time, we bought others from somewhere else. So now we are stuck now with more bar stools than we need. Anyway a very bad service, we are disappointed.

Exactly as expected. Solid. Looks rich. Comfortable.
