The chair is defective. The base leans to the side. I called wayfair the day after it arrived. I sent photos and was told that Catnapper would contact me within 8 business hours. That was 3 days ago. I need a replacement.NOT HAPPY!

Comfy, perfect size for us taller folk. - Update... Almost a year in the base broke at the weld. After a couple months back and forth with CS trying to get the part they just sent a new chair. That was nice, but now the new chair has (several months in) developed a side tilt. As much as I love the chair it seems to suffer from issues so reducing the 5 stars to 2.
