The directions are terrible. The quality of the futon is great. I will let you know if it is sturdy if I can ever put it together. No more build-a-bear furniture.

The futon frame i ordered came sooner than expected. My experience with Wayfair was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone!

not as stable as I thought it might be & missing bolts that we had to wait extra time on to get the futon together. this was a hard thing to purchase online to be able to judge the quality and then the missing pieces made it a not so fun purchase.

Great purchase, just difficult and time consuming to put together

Awful product. It is a lovely wood and color; however the first time I laid it out as a bed, I discovered it's instability (you can't sit on the side of one side without the legs collapsing down). Then after only one average sized guest slept on it, a piece of wood that lays on top of the rolling mechanism broke off. Clearly the design and engineering is poor. Upon contacting customer service, I was only offered a discounted refund and told I should have purchased the accidental protection plan. Well, the damage wasn't the result of an accident, so I feel duped.
