Great sectional good quality love it much!!!

Nice leather, firm a little lighter in color more of a taupe then grey, comfortable when lifting the leg rest more so then when it is sat straight, all in all would buy again but smaller unit this set was pretty big if wanting a sectional.

Love the white sectional!! It may be just a little smaller than what the dimensions said for the overall but maybe they were adding the packaging too. Seems well constructed but have only had it for a couple of days now. It didn’t come with any instructions for assembly for the electrical so had to figure that one out. I expected the powered units to daisy chain together but they all require their own plug-in. Overall very pleased with purchasing experience and delivery! 11/25/24. Had for 2.5 years now and just lost the one powered head/back rest. It is now stuck vertical. I have checked the wiring connections and there is power there. Power at the switch (tested) but guessing that the motor isn’t working in the headrest. Unfortunately there is simply no good way to check this. We have tried dismantling but without some sort of schematic looks almost impossible. I’m pretty handy with fixing things but it looks like the whole back and headrest is just replaced instead of fixing. I really need some help Wayfair! Great time to break a couple of days before Thanksgiving but such is life.

The white glove delivery was not what was expected. One of the recliners does not work. No connection. no part to connect. They did not know how to speak English and did not test the product. They are creases on the furniture that I don’t believe are going to come out. I need someone to get in touch with me and I’m not sure how to do that.
