Would not purchase this again. Did not fit adult sized shoes as advertised. The printed directions it came with were wrong.

Comepletely impossible to put together. Customer service was great at replacing but still could not put together the replacement even with a carpenters help.

Extremely disappointed. This does not fit adult size shoes. Difficult to put together. The pieces did not match the instructions. Had to modify the studs for a cam. Poor quality.

I chose this because I wanted something with lift top bench storage and shoe storage, so in that regard it will suit my needs. I was not impressed with overall quality of the item, it was a pain to put together and some of the instructions were not matching with the pieces received, but I figured it out.

Got 2 parts broken, plus the parts numbers are all mixed up, if u follow the instructions guide, and u try to match the part number with the guide, you’ll be totally lost, it took me 3 days to make it in one piece, since the numbers are mixed. It was a real real headache.

Absolute garbage. The width of the shelves on the side is not close to being wide enough to fit a pair of adult shoes. The height of the flip down drawers would maybe work for a flip flop sandal, but the length if you have a shoe size bigger than a 9 will not close. The quality of the boards is cheap particle board with many of the pre drilled holes out of place. Only got it together because my husband is handy. Will fall apart within a few months.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had building furniture. The step by step instructions do not include all parts needed for the step, the pictures dont match the parts, a couple predicted holes dont match where they are needed to be, the hinge holes are stripped. AND if I want to return it I have to take it all apart to put it back in the box. I have ordered a lot of things I had to build over the years and this is my first bad experience. Very disappointing as I have been shopping Wayfair and trusted Wayfair for a long time.
