Unfortunately, these chairs came damaged and had obviously been opened before. Parts bag was open and fasteners, washers, etc. loose in n bottom of box. Several washers and screws missing. Will be returning these and try to find a better manufacturer provider. Really disappointed…looked great online.

Wrong information and product images. They showed charcoal gray on all images but chairs cane in Ash gray ad they wrote on the box. It was very lighter than images. Then after 3 hours texting and emailing customer service they charge me 50 for a return after the customer service accepted to not charge me anything.

Not the best quality. One of the legs is shorter than the others and the chairs don’t seem to hold adequate weight…parts wobble when you sit on it.

These chairs are perfect weight and size, very sturdy frame. The grey is deep and lovely against the walnut chairs. I ordered six to fit around a round dining table. I highly recommend the Handy Assembly. As I watched the chairs being assembled, I know I would never have the time, energy or patience for that. Still waiting on the table.

Beautiful, sturdy chairs but they are a pain to assemble. We’re not new to furniture assembly, but it took us several hours to get the six we bought put together.
