I'm absolutely in love with this sofa! I was nervous because it didn't have a ton of reviews but I'm glad I took the chance because it looks so much more expensive than it is and is very comfortable and cozy. I wanted an ivory sofa but I was scared because I'm accident prone, so I got the conversational Ivory, which gives my space the overall lightness but a little less obvious if I spill something on it. My sister even slept on the couch the first 2 nights I had it and found it very comfy. Update ---- Last two photos show how the sofa aged after 4 years. Did pretty well but loses it's shape a little bit with some piling.

So comfy, and exactly what we wanted, chose and received. Start to finish, A+ experience overall

This sofa, along with the Emilio Upholstered Armchairs, are by far the worst furniture purchases I've ever made anywhere. We've barely had the furniture over a year and it has torn at the seams in numerous places. This is furniture that is in our family room, where we gather to watch tv. We have no rambunctious little children. No huge dogs. Nothing that would explain the furniture tearing at the seams the way it has. In addition, the fabric we chose, Sustain Dursky Ivory, is not as soft as the sample made it seem. It feels more like soft burlap, which really isn't all that soft, trust me. Plus, it was so expensive, I can't rationalize buying new furniture so soon after these purchases. All in all, I wish I'd never bought these chairs and sofa at all.

Honestly, I am very disappointed by this couch! Actually, it is terrible!! I am not a hater, and I never had any problem with items purchased on that website. I bought it almost a year ago and it is falling apart... The middle sit is totally sagging meaning I feel like weighing 280lb, I am 185lb... My back is hurting and never did before. I live in a studio, so it is my only sofa, I use it a lot. I really regret buying it for almost $1300... Sorry but it is a rip off!
