20'' H Upholstered Dining Chair

Chair is overpriced as it is NOT CUSTOM as advertised. I received the chair within a week from the order, as opposed to the 5-6 weeks listed in the description (which would be normal for custom items). Chair is poor for what is supposed to be a special order. Fabric is scratchy (rodina ochre) and I was left with 2 extra long bolts where the chair bottom meets the back as the threaded holes were not lined up properly (see photo). When I complained about all of this, I was offered 20% or pay for return shipping. I chose the former but I should have sent it back as I would have been able to keep more of the payment. Don't trust the "custom" description without a separate verification from company. I've learned my expensive lesson and will never order upholstered items from Wayfair.

Better than I expected. Searched alot. Found these for our new home. Made with USA quality. Precision manufacturing made all fit perfect. Very well made. I am sure they will last many years. Thank you Wayfair for representing this product so truthfully.

Like look color of this chair. ordered a fabric swatch in advance. Chair received in good condition was well packed. Had a bit of difficulty w assembly.  chairs seems comfortable for price. Will have to see how it holds up.

Another satisfactory purchase from Wayfair! I needed a chair for my desk, but didn't want a standard office/desk chair. I love it. The material is beautiful, it's comfortable, and seems well made. Very easy to assemble. Thanks Wayfair!
