I searched for a long time for a sofa sleeper for our dock house (like a Casita) which sits on the dock at our lake house in Texas. This sofa is upholstered in Sunbrella fabric which is absolutely perfect for wet swimsuits. It is the perfect solution for extra sleep space when needed & durability that you need at a lake house. It is the perfect size for our space & so far we have been very pleased with the sofa sleeper.

We liked the sofa at first, but the stains from normal wear and tear wouldn't even come out with professional steam cleaning. It is wearing out and we've only had it a year. Poor quality for the price we paid. Would not buy again.
