The 7 steel bed frame is solid and easy to assemble. I did it by myself and had it in place before my family got home. I wish I could show it off more.

Just okay. It is longer than my mattress. It also does not have a place to tuck the sheets so that they stay in. Maybe it would be better with a box springs.
