I provided several pictures to be further proof of the defects in these bar stools. I have not had a very good experience with the product quality. Then dealing with Wayfair to proof the defects and the constant communication then be sent off to the seller to proof my issues, it seems as if I’m asking for too much with having a set of 3 bar stools in brand new, good condition with no defects or tears. My first order was placed on Nov 7, 2025. I received my order with the cardboard box barely together. Upon opening the box, I received a bar stool seat with a staple through near the arm of edge of the stool and had been pulled out by pliers. Bar stool #1 replacement sent (wrapped in duct tape and clear plastic wrap with a label slapped on it) no legs/base was sent. Barstool #2 replacement sent just cushion no bar seat, Bar stool with another staple on the opposite side. The cushion is not centered and has ridges you can feel while siting. There is a tear in the back of the chair from a box cutter. Reached out to customer service again. Fought to receive 2 brand new stools. I didn't want a refund but 2 in brand new condition stools. There was no quality control or inspection of items before shipping and the way shipping is sent to their customers is awful! I am no longer satisfied with Wayfair services and purchasing through wayfair since I went through the holidays without brand-new stools and it was a popular discussion during the holiday season of entertaining guests at our home and them sitting on the kitchen island with defected stools. In the end I received 2 brand new stools but the process to get there was an awful experience as a new customer to way fair and proofing it wasn't me lying which sounds like I definitely could be but my saying is, pictures or lie! Pictures are not enough.

I love these upholstered barstools. They look really nice in the kitchen. They are large enough to accommodate bigger guys. They are soft and sturdy, which is exactly what I was looking for.

These are super comfortable and I love the look. I wish they were 2” taller.

Packaged well. Easy to assemble (took me 20 minutes per chair). Very well made and nice quality material for the seat. I’m very happy with this blind purchase. I would buy these again!
