Came with a crack and the side and back piece were disconnected on one side, as well as several scuffs, horrible quality.

Delivered earlier than expected. Minor issues that were immediately resolved. Looks great in the room. Very happy with the overall outcome.

We purchased this dresser as it looked good for the cost and reviews seemed overall positive. We purchased the assembly and delivery service as well. Unfortunately within a week of having it, one of the drawers fell out. The bolt that held the drawer slide was small and the slider fell off. This was likely due to the assembly. In addition another drawer does not open well and is very sensitive.

Completely damaged! Not only are there scratches everywhere and gashes on nearly every corner/drawer. But when I first received the dresser I noticed all the drawers did not line up and were very crooked. I tried re-aligning the drawers only to realize the drawers were too small and did not match up with the rollers already drilled into the dresser. The black pieces on the inside of the dresser are all cracked which holds the dresser together, so the center is slumping down. And the roller pieces for two drawers came broken off and gouged huge holes in the wood so we cannot re-drill them into place. No idea what I can do, as this dresser was for our nursery and I don't want to lose out on the $40+ shipping costs, nor do I have time to try to return and repurchase such a large item. Not worth $400!!

I purchased this dresser for my daughter as I liked the same dresser purchased from Ashley’s that another daughter has so much. I immediately noticed that the quality wasn’t the same. There were glue marks and paint unevenness. Still, it’s a great dresser with lots of room.
