Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.

This is a really nice chair! It’s extremely large and my husband loves the way it reclines all the way down into a sleeping position. It is extremely comfortable and the light grey color is really nice.

The most comfortable Recliner ever!! It is so beautiful, the fabric is so soft and luxurious! I think it will hold up over time because it is solid weave. It’s oversized great for my husband (265 lb) and the power buttons made it easy to recline to a low bed level, you could use it for an extra bed! I am over joyed with it!!! Would really like a smaller one for me. It took several weeks to get here, ordered on May 6 and received on July 8th! But was really worth the wait! Wayfair kept in touch with updates and helped in getting it to me, they are so helpful!! They called to explain the package was damaged and did I want to reorder without delivery. She explained the pictures didn’t show damage to the chair itself! I chose to have delivery and when it arrived the outer package was torn apart, but the chair escapes any damage at all, in perfect condition! The delivery guys were so helpful and delivered right to my door, they called 2 hours before to say they would be here. The best service ever! Assembly was not bad, if I an 81 year old lady can do it, I think anyone can!! But the space for putting in the arms is very small and small hands are required! Wayfair is the Best! Excellent products, excellent service and best prices!!

This is such a comfy chair. It has a nice wide seat and is super soft to the touch. It was super easy to put together and the color is true to what is shown on the website. The buttons all worked and it is very smooth.

The chair has a weird scent. The cushions are super soft and it fully reclines back. The armrest didn’t have any screws but there were holes to attach them so they are just laying and move around. I couldn’t find any screws
