feathers keep coming out but nice and went together well enough

Came in 3 large boxes. Pros Very simple to assemble. No tools required. Love the color and style. Cons very very firm, after a month is sitting on it, feathers came out of the cushion (seat and back). My dogs nails gets snagged on the fabric, fabric is not soft at all. Have to cover it up which defeats the purpose of getting this style and color...

The picture is 100% beautiful. However, I have to ask Wayfair what to do because there is oil on the bottom of the box since it was delivered. Wayfair is going to have to tell me to take pictures and open the box to see if it soaked into the fabric. There better not be anything wrong because I love this sofa. TBC
