We love the bar stools! One minor issue with one leg being a bit too short, but we were able to fix that. They look great in our kitchen and are very comfortable.

Really love these chairs and they're a great price! However, I'm a little disappointed because 3 of the 4 chairs I ordered had imperfections. Called customer service and they were able to give me a partial refund. Hopefully a repair kit will solve the issue with the seat cushions.

Because I depend on other people's reviews when I buy online, I want to share my thoughts to pay it forward ... but FYI I just recently purchased so I cannot provide info on longevity of stools, so here goes: Pros ... - stools were exact look/color I wanted and gray color is very pretty and would work with most neutrals and/or darker/lighter grays - cushion seems to be a nice thick foam and is very comfortable - fairly easy to put together for those who are handy (thank goodness for my husband!) - back height is great for kitchen counter/area as it is low enough to give a nice open room effect but slightly higher than counter for a nice visual of stools so they're not hidden - overall I'm pretty happy with the stools, but, reality is they are not expensive stools and you get what you pay for so not sure how long these will last. Complaints / Cons ... - my first and biggest complaint is that when I asked a simple question - what is depth of seat cushion - neither Wayfair nor the manufacturer could provide response - very frustrating - the stools are much lighter weight than anticipated - it states in description "overall product weight 33lbs" however, they don't explain that is weight for box that contains 2 chairs! So each chair only weighs about 16lbs. I guess my bad for not asking the question ... ugh - the faux leather concerns me a bit - it is not the best quality so not sure how long it will hold up before possibly cracking or peeling, but, as stated, you get what you pay for so ... fingers crossed - description states base color is brown - if it is brown it's the darkest brown I've ever seen as it is def closer to black. I purchased 4 stools to put at my island and was planning to purchase more to put around my kitchen table, but my table is a def brown and I'm not sure about mixing with the much darker wood. - stools wobble a little - I put felt pads on the legs of each stool to protect hard wood, but had to put 2 pads on certain legs to keep stools from wobbling. Even though I have a cons list, I do like the stools a lot, they def update the look of my space and are comfortable, I just worry about how long they will last and battle with myself over whether a pricier stool would last longer ... or maybe not ... so will give these a try and hope for the best! Hope this helps!

They look and feel great. Exactly what I was hoping for!

I am pleased about this purchase. Not really much of a challenge to put the chairs together.
