We received king bedframe on April 1st. We loved the white glove service. They have done their best to put it together but it was not successful due to wrong assembly instructions came with the shipment. We uploaded pictures as requested. We were frustrated to get support from Wayfair. The customer service to support the issue was unacceptable. Our Master bedroom was occupied by partially assembled bedframe and we were sleeping on the floor for 10 days. The manufacturer sending separate assembly instructions trying to resolve this issue. Wayfair not sending anyone to finish partially assembled bedframe. We were waiting patiently and keep emailing and calling to get support but unfortunately we lost the trust on Wayfair. Finally, we decided to return the bedframe. Wayfair sent us link to schedule returns which was not working at all. We took initiative and call shipping company who delivered the bedframe. We really appreciate their support. They took whole situation seriously and act promptly. Finally, our bedframe unassembled and returned back on April 10. We are not happy with Wayfair and will not giving any business moving forward. Beware of buying third party items. We would recommend to buy locally where you can get support promptly. Thank you

Bed is beautiful. Unfortunately, it took numerous customer service calls to have my bed delivered. That being said, it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks and I probably took around 2 months. Still I am waiting to get the bed slats deliver because they suffered damaged during transit. Maybe 3 months have gone by and nothing. I would expected a better service for a $3000+ Bed but whatever. At least the delivery team was nice and the bed is pretty.
