The packages of screws should be in a “stronger” sealed bag. Unfortunately, some of the bags were ripped, and the screws were protruding out, and/or loose in the box. One made quite a noticeable hole in the back of one of the chairs. 4 of the 6 boxes of chairs had holes in the bags containing the screws and bolts. Luckily, only one chair was damaged from loose screws. Wayfair customer service is replacing the back of the chair in a timely manner.
