Beautiful sofa, however, mine arrived scratched and the Wayfair service person said it could not be fixed, so I had to return it. If it had a piece of adhesive film over the metal when it was manufactured, it maybe wouldn’t have arrived damaged. It took 5 calls, 3 chats, and 19 days for Wayfair to issue my refund, meanwhile I’m paying interest on a sofa I don’t have. I will not buy from them again. The most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with, well, next to Smile Direct Club.
