The directions for assembly was HORRIBLE! After completion, I was not impressed. After that amount of work, I wanted it to be better. The cost to send it back wasn't worth it because I would have to disassemble it after spendingforever to put it together. Plus getting it back into the original box would have been harder than completing a rubik's cube. Before purchasing, be prepared for frustration during assembly, and the payoff not being worth it.

It's going to take me awhile to put this unit together. But I'm sure all will look beautiful

I spent over a year searching for a cabinet suitable for my small apartment. I run a small home business that requires ample storage, and this cabinet was the perfect fit for my needs. On January 1, I had family come over to help assemble it, only to discover that it was damaged. The front kick plate was broken in half. I contacted customer service, and a replacement part is on the way. However, the delivery process was disorganized, and in my opinion, it needs improvement. This is the second item I have received from Wayfair in damaged condition. I do not believe the damage occurred at the warehouse; rather, I believe the items are being damaged during shipping and delivery, especially since many are shipped from the U.S. to Canada.
