Couch was set up quickly and is firm and comfortable. Arm rest sit a little lower then I thought they would but over all love the loveseat.

Not very firm, came with a stain and the white glove guys put the side arm cushions on wrong and didn’t snap the back down.

It apears to be well made. Its a little firmer than I would like but I feel it is a good value. I prefer the faux leather because I have some very spoiled dogs and my home is their home easily wipe off paw prints ect.

The arms come sliding off whenever we sit in this recliner. They slide loosely on a track, and whenever you put the least bit of pressure on them (like when you want to recline), they go flying off the front and onto the floor.
