Love this couch it was easy to assemble. It looks really nice in a small apartment.. however, if you have pets, they will scratch this very easily. It got ruined and the seat collapsed fairly soon. I won’t buy this again.

Great item for the price! It’s firm and easy for my parents to sit and get back up with ease

Absolutely terrible product. Parts don't fit correctly. Dimensions are wrong. Comes with rips. Connectors come upside down and misaligned.

For accommodating my time, I need it for the work to be done. Service pro showed app on time this blended personality very acknowledgable, and patient understandable, and perfectionist made sure the project was perfect and then did not hesitate to ask questions of what I needed or didn't need very polite and felt very comfortable. Having Jose in my home 10 stars, not 5..
