The color looks even better in person, and the height is just perfect. Functionality wise it spins really smoothly and there was actually more room on the shelves than I was expecting, so I still have space to fill up. The cabinet door opens smoothly and the hinges are even the adjustable kind you can use a screwdriver with if you need the door to be a little more protruding compared to when you installed it. The reason for four stars instead of five is due to the instructions being too vague, to the point I had to reference the instructional video on Wayfair, as well as a few screws being too loose to the point I'll need to reinforce them with wood glue later. It's still pretty solid, so I'm satisfied, but I can see others possibly having a stressful time due to these issues. Anyone putting this together should just try to keep in mind to be gentle and steady when putting in the screws to avoid accidentally stripping or splitting since the material is so thin in places

UPDATE I bumped this bookshelf from 4 to 2 stars. Ive had this product for almost a year and all but one of the basesshelves have slowly split in half. I didnt use any power tools, so I know it isnt an issue of screwing the shelves in too tight its just a consequence of it being built using such thin and cheap material. Despite this, the bookshelf itself is still functional, and the cracks arent noticeable from far away (you just have to get used to the loud, periodic SNAP of wood splitting...). The underside of each shelf is somewhat reinforced with extra wood bars along the sides and through the middle, and theyre each screwed into the side panels. So I dont feel concerned about a full bookshelf collapsing from the weight...But Id just throw it away if I ever had to disassemble. Its a bummer, because it really does look nice...but its not worth the if it wont survive a move. ------ Though the bookcase is holding up and functional, the The wood itself is pretty flimsy. The construction feels very sturdy, though - glad that all the shelves actually screw into place and the holes line up fairly well. Four stars only because the directions are in Mandarin, but honestly, you can get by with the Google translate app and watching the video.

I like it, but assembly was a challenge as the instructions were perplexing (I’m good at assembly). It was like an escape room puzzle. Ultimately I got several parts backwards and upside down but it works. The top is a lazy Suzan, it spins around so you could face the door towards the wall and, err, hide something? Or just turn it 45 degrees… kind of a strange design. There was a crack but the hassle of a return ratio was not compelling. A bit pricey for what you get. Meh, I still like it.

Quite flimsy and instructions were all in Chinese (my bad that I dont speak Chinese but also even translated and with photos, it was still terrible). Its cute but well see how it holds up.
