I ordered this kitchen island for my daughter for her birthday. When it arrived the box appeared damaged. When we opened it, the Styrofoam was all ripped up and made a huge mess. We then found that the entire bag of lock nut screws was missing and four of the pieces were damaged. I requested replacement parts. I received an email saying the parts were coming but just now received another email saying the parts were cancelled. I am extremely disappointed. This was an expensive product and I now have a box of wood that I can do nothing with. My first and last purchase I will make from wayfair.

The first one I received had broken and scratched parts. I called and asked that they pick up the first one after I had received the second one so if there were more issues I could have another part to choose from. Shipment 2 was torn open at the top of the box with parts clearly missing. I was able to put one together from the two shipments. I blame the manufacturer for this problem. The boxes are not strong enough for the weight of the product so all the Styrofoam you pack in there means nothing. The cart itself is time consuming to assemble and the instructions are just OK. When done, if you are lucky, you will have 2 level cabinet doors (they are adjustable) and to uneven drawers (not adjustable). The pull out is perfect for extending usage but I can see where it will eventually start to peel back the veneer.

Beware, the product is packed into one heavy package. One of the panels was cracked because of the tight packaging. If you're alone in assembling, be aware that it might take a few hours. Otherwise, a very functional addition to the kitchen.

Shipped with a very broken piece and the replacement they sent was also damaged but not fully broken. The product works great but having things arrive broken and needing to wait for new parts is extremely frustrating.

Excellent product. Follow the instructions and you should have no issues assembling. Take your time. Took us approximately about 4 hrs.
