Once assembled, the table is lovely. I do wish the shelves were a bit deeper to store wider items, but that’s the only thing I would change. However, assembly was a beast. Think twice if you think you’re going to assemble this completely on your own. I couldn’t even lift the table top on my own. All boxes containing parts and pieces were strapped to the bottom of the table and the straps were STAPLED to the bottom of the table. It took an hour and brute force strength to get all the staples out. Then the actual assembly took around 5 hours with one person doing most of the work. Because it is solid wood, some of the screws needed to have holes drilled for them prior to inserting. The instructions say 15 minute assembly but there’s just no way this takes even a seasoned craftsperson less than 2 hours.

Solid piece! We love this. It’s great to use as a nice island seating center. Love the end book shelf for cookbooks. We have t staged this yet but it’s very sturdy and was shipped beautifully. No negative comments!

This was absolutely beyond expectations. It took two of us about 20 minutes to put together. It was super heavy and I don’t think I could have done it myself with the flipping it over at the end of assembly. The packaging was top notch and everything was labeled beautifully. I would describe the color as dark walnut. I am using this as an island in my canning kitchen and I can’t wait to get a couple of barstools to go with it. This felt like assembling a piece of furniture from a furniture store! Fantastic!

This table is gorgeous and incredibly sturdy. It is true solid wood and it came with very simple instructions to put together. I can see this standing the test of time. It is hand scraped on the top with a specific pattern which was a nice surprise, but it isn’t too noticeable so it’s also easy to clean.

The Geralt Counter Height Dining Table is absolutely great! Solid Wood, very heavy! Took some time to put it together by myself, probably an hour. But turned out great! Cannot wait to put the table to use!
