OH MY this couch is PERFECT for me. I bought it in the EARTH color and it's really a great sand color (without being too brown or gold). It's not at all gray if it looks that way in the photos. The photo from straight forward in front of it is most accurate for color. You can see that it goes with my rug 100%! (rug is from Amzn only $99! by the way). YES, it's VERY VERY firm and I love that. I'm femal and 60 with a not so young lower back (kind of cranky) and since the parts were pretty light I could put it together all by myself! (and I never do anything by myself). Don't let that fool you. Inside is a very well cut and sturdy/thick HARD WOOD (no cardboard or metal bars) so that was reassuring. I'm so happy with it I can't stop happy dancing. The instructions were simple to follow. Only once did I have to bang bang a part with a hammer to get things to line up but even doing that took seconds and BAM - everything there fell right into place. This is WORTH the money. It's a sturdy couch and any smaller person or small family or person with a smaller space can enjoy. MEASURE your space/so you don't buy this and find that it's too small. I'm a real chicken with buying anything like this online. What if it's the wrong color? What if it arrives damaged? What if I can't put it together? ------- Throw all those worries away and look forward to enjoying this couch, I know I will! I can't speak for the other colors, but I'd say this is a true sand or warm mushroom color for sure. I was going to order the brown, but the reviews said and showed it to be a light gold, and I definitely didn't want that. If I had the space, I'd order another one and place them together in an "L" shape...but that's only happening in a larger apartment. I'm very happy with this and hope my photos help you to decide for yourself. MEASURE carefully before ordering. Know these measurements and know what you need.

Great smaller sofa! Color says taupe, but is a mossy grey, which we liked better anyway! Fabric seems sturdy and has a soft feel but not fuzzy. Firmer seat and softer back cushions. All four of us can sit! (But we are small) Came with the grey throw pillows,and we added the rust. Note! The instructions and two pillows are zipped into the base of the couch for packing. Also, when screwing the legs on, go slowly and dont tighten too much. We chipped the edge of the wood a bit, but it can be glued back. Great that all the cushions are removable and have zippers!

I needed a sofa for a small space it our office this fit perfectly. It is more of a gray than the taupe color but goes well with our decor. It’s a little more firm than I would have liked but all in all, it is very nice.
