I was having a hard time finding counter height chairs with the right dimensions for our space. These fit and they are beautiful! Some tips for assembly read instructions and place all the screws and bolts on a paper plate. You will need a Phillips screwdriver in addition to what’s included. Remove all pieces for both chairs and lay them side by side. Check for the R (right) and L (left) pieces. Mine were labeled on the ends in black. A few had white. I mention this because the instructions do not show you what exact pieces are included and that there is a left and right piece that matters. I struggled trying to figure out why the foot pieces were so difficult and not quite fitting. Then I saw the labels. The front foot bar is shorter than sides. As a result, my first chair took an hour and because I used the glue, it got messy. Second chair I had done in 15min. Hope that helps someone else! These are sturdy and solid. Somewhat firm but comfortable! We love them!
