Definitely not solid wood! Like the other others, did not want to spend the money, however, I needed the 9 inch depth, which is hard to find. The first time I received it, the corner was broken, and the second time was broken as you can see it is not solid wood inside it is pressed wood

Gorgeous & Heavy Duty!! Definitely went back and forth if I wanted to spend this on a sideboard. I was corned though because I need a very specific size and this met that criteria, but it was worth it more than just for that reason! The sideboard is very pretty, well built and best part, came fully assembled, just had to pull it out of the box and place it which can be a rare find on Wayfair! Haha
