Had to return I ordered in a dark colored wood and received alabaster = a color you did not even advertise on your website. When I received my order confirmation I called and was advised to check when delivered and refuse acceptance so that is what I did. I believe I was charged a restock fee.

I love the look of the chairs and they are much more substantial than you might think. However, they have some rough patches that could snag clothing. Seeing if we can find a resolution because we do love them and they go perfectly with the style and space of our dining room.
