Order initially arrived without cover and without pillows but then was remedied. The material is very nice, super soft. However once you sit on it, it could be way too fluffy and soft and not firm. But one may like it that way )

Very nice sofa! The material is very soft. The covers are a bit tricky to put on and the top cushion gets fairly flat pretty quickly after you sit on it. I added some memory foam and that helped quite a bit. It looks very nice and I’m glad I got it!
