I bought this for my wife as an anniversary for and she is very upset that it is all bent and a tear on it. What can I do to get a refund and return it She was so happy with the bench and rug but disappointed in the couch. Please let me know what I can do to fix this for her.

Not as I was expecting it. But I gave 4 stars since it is very compact and cute. Only the back cushion doesn’t seem straight.

A little firm but great for the price. The corner cushion slouches more than the others and some of the cushions came dirty looking but I reported it and they said they will send replacements. I will update when they are received.

Great small sectional—perfect for an apartment or smaller space. Easy to assemble, pretty neutral color, and feels well made. It’s a bit stiff and not super cozy, but overall a nice, stylish couch for the price.

This is such a fantastic little sofa! I purchased it for my daughter's first apartment after college graduation and it is going to be perfect for that! I was able to put it together by myself with no issues and took about an hour. The directions were very clear to understand. It came incredibly well packaged in two separate large boxes. The sofa is comfortable but not anything you are going to sink into. With a couple of accent pillows I think it will be fantastic. I love the light color and the clean, modern look. Definitely recommend!
