It an excellent chair so. It is firm, but not too firm, it is beautiful and it comes with the cushions.

No way to communication with the vendor at all. The the shipping was weeks delayed. I made several calls to Wayfair and when I was getting nothing to help with the matter. When item did arrive it was dirty & tore. Horrible experience. Find a different vendor for this price I was better shopping somewhere else! Never again

A very challenging vendor to work with - the shipping was delayed and there were no updates from the manufacturer. I made 4 calls to Wayfair and when I was getting no where, escalated to a team leader who finally got some movement. The sectional arrived a week late. I would have been ok with that except there are multiple tears and stains on the sectional. I have opened a case with Wayfair. Let’s see what happens. The sectional looks great but have to give it 1 star due to the issues and the damage.

Love this couch! It is so modern and unique. It is a nice soft creamy color. The ball pillow’s actually look better in person.
