Berkel Marble Top Single Coffee Table

This item arrived today and my security camera caught the Fedex driver literally carrying it on his back and then flinging it on the ground. You then here a pretty distinct shattering/ crunch sound. Needless to say, once I got it inside (without having to fling it around- so, it is possible!), the entire marble top was shattered into three pieces. The packaging would probably be ok if the box itself was marked as fragile, but it wasn't, so it isn't, and now I have 130 lb box of broken marble in the middle of my living room and I have no idea what to do. Wayfair's automated CS says they will send me a new piece of marble in 2 weeks and that I don't have to worry about returning the existing marble (thanks!). . . but am I going to now have to pay to dispose of 130 lbs of marble? What happens when the next one arrives and is broken, too? I usually am a Wayfair girlie, but I knew in my heart that I should have ordered this direct from the furniture company (because then they would have delivered it and not Fedex). Anywho, fingers crossed that Wayfair makes this right in some way, because paying full price, late delivery (did I mention delivery was several days later than originally projected? It was), and having to figure out what to do with 130 lbs of marble ain't it. Help, please.

Just received this one today for my staging company. It s perfect and very versatile.

As happened to previous reviewers, my table arrived with the top completely destroyed. Unless there's white glove delivery available to avoid damage during transport, I would not recommend this table. The return process was difficult as well. They wanted me to haul this super heavy table to a UPS store. Eventually a complete refund was issued.

Beautiful table. The only thing is that the Marble was delivered completely shattered . Wayfair customer service was amazing and they have ordered a replacement marble top.

delivery date kept getting delayed (backordered) and once it came the marble was completely split in half...

Marble was broken when delivered. Packaging was not good! But the product is beautiful.

The table is beautiful. I love it. Also ordered the side table but the marble came detached from the base. Working on replacement. But the isanti collection is beautiful
