Excellent office chair. The cream color looks even better in person and fits perfectly with our office aesthetic. It’s very comfortable for long workdays, with great lumbar support and plenty of adjustment options. The recline feature is especially nice and lets you relax in a natural position while still feeling supported. Assembly was straightforward, and the overall quality feels solid. Very happy with this purchase!

I like it but I don't exactly love it. I think it does check a lot of boxes for me - the seat cushion is comfortable, the assembly was very easy, I didn't have to build the whole thing from scratch like I have with other chairs. I like that it has the foot rest so I can sit with my legs out which is my preferred method of sitting. It's also wide and deep enough that I can sit cross legged. I like the color and the way it looks. The ability to fold it and fit it under a desk is awesome. I would absolutely use that at my desk in my room because I hate seeing a big bulky desk chair in my room. Here's where my only issue comes in, it's just not the level of quality I expect for the price. It's not a bad quality by any means, it's just not as sturdy feeling as I was expecting. The foot rest is nice but it's just a piece of hard plastic under the removable cover (I love that the cover is removable so I can wash it) but sitting with the hard plastic under my legs all day is just not that comfy so I've added my own little pillow under the cover. I specifically looked for a chair with a headrest because I have neck issues and a connective tissue disorder so my head always feels too heavy and I just wanted something to be able to rest my head on. I can lean my head back but it's not as adjustable as I was hoping. I was hoping I could use it without having to lean back as much. So, like I mentioned, it's a nice chair but it's just not my dream chair. I will say it absolutely beats the chair I had at work previously which ultimately was my goal when buying this one.

I purchased the black ergonomic office chair. I purchased it for my husband. He is a large, tall man and this chair fits his frame easily. It was easy to assemble and is a good quality. It is priced right for our budget.
