When you buy these items, you have to keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Overall, I am happy with the desk. The directions could have been a lot clearer. A few times I had to take apart what I just put together in the previous steps because the "it should look like this" was not a clear indication where the holes should have been. I did not like the idea of the cloth drawers, am still not happy with them, I am not using them (they were the only option). I will be making drawers out of scrap wood when I have time. I currently have 3 monitors on the top area, there is space for one more if I wanted. The printer area is too small, my printer is on the smaller side, and it does not fit correctly. Like I said I am happy over all with the desk, it fit my budget, and it was relatively easy to put together.

The assembly was a little frustrating for me as a single assembler. The bags and pieces are labeled with stickers that match the assembly instructions, but the pieces often had multiple contradictory stickers on them, or no stickers at all. It would be much easier if they let you know that, as a rule of thumb, all holes on the shaft of a pole should face the ceiling; it is necessary for assembly. Its also important to note that the piece that is connected to the main desk of your pieces "m" and "n" (depending on the orientation of your desk) should face with the metal projections AWAY from the main body of the desk, and the accompanying piece "m" or "n" should face with the metal projections FACING the projections of the opposite piece; this is the track for your drawers, so it's important they are oriented facing eachother. That information is not included in the instructions, so I had to learn the hard way and dismantle the desk a few times to reorient pieces. But after it was put together it wasnt bad. The working space of the desk is smaller than I anticipated even after looking at the dimensions. The raised piece takes away a lot of working space from the area of your desk. The drawers also look cheap. It has fabric drawers. I didnt read through the description well enough to know that the drawers would be fabric and was unpleasantly surprised by this. So, in case you are like me and didn't read about the drawers in the description, this comes with fabric drawers. The white of the fabric from the drawers doesnt match the white of the wood from the desk and is more grey-ish, so it looks worse than I imagined; but overall, it isn't that bad and still achieves the look that you'd expect from the picture. Ultimately, I don't think it's worth the money after seeing it put together. The alignment of the pieces and screws during assembly was a little wonky for the price and it just isn't what I expected. If it was $98 - $100 or so I'd be happy with it, but I can't justify spending close to $200 on this. If you find it on sale, and you like the general look, I'd say, go for it! If not...eh. Yard sale?

Good price. Was a little small as expected. Took a bit longer time to assemble. But looking good!
