Modern Rectangular Sintered Stone Dining Table With Pedestal Base

Table looks great, very modern. But the description of the tabletop is not accurate. The tabletop has an extremely thin layer of sintered stone on top of a metallic frame, it’s not a solid stone top. As such, it’s like having a stainless steel table, it sounds like metal when you touch it, or put anything on it. This isn’t great for frequent everyday use.

Love the look of the table, just noticed that it needs constant attention to keep it clean. May work better with a tablecloth.

Table top came in a wood box weighing 160 pounds . Cannot move the box that delivery left in postal area of my residence. Now waiting for a response from Mayfair for wrong table base.

Beautiful table and extremely well packaged. Installed it only 15 minutes ago. We did hear a loud bang 10 minutes after installation but inspected everything and all looks well. Probably temperature difference adjustment.
