One of the drawers is difficult to close. But overall, it’s very beautiful and easy to build. Says two people, but I did it myself!

Assembly is definitely as difficult as other reviews make it out to be, and some of the pieces actually snapped. Luckily there were extras, but could have been better designed .

It definitely took some time and effort to put together—my husband and I spent a couple of hours assembling it—but it was absolutely worth it in the end! The instructions were manageable, just a bit time-consuming. Once everything came together, the final result looked amazing. It feels sturdy and instantly elevated our space. All the work was totally worth it for how great it turned out!

It took quite some time to assemble alone but boy oh boy, it was worth my time. I was surprised at the quality of the pieces as manufactured wood can often feel lighter and flimsier these days. Not these pieces. They were solid and sturdy and I had no issues putting it together. Just be sure to take your time with it so that you have no missteps. There are a lot of hardware pieces, including extras so buckle up. I have not used the anti-tipping hardware. Its sturdy on its own 4 feet. Ive put all my board games (and I have several) in the shelves, and still have space to spare. Cant wait to put my TV on top! Would recommend and perhaps 2-people to save time! (I used an 8V drill).

First, let me tell you that I loved it when I bought it and I love it now that it’s assembled and in place. See photo. When it arrived, I noticed that the box was really beat up. So I put my arms around the box and lifted it to bring it into my entryway and I almost threw out my back. It was the heaviest delivery I’ve ever received in my life. I laid it down in the entry and I waited for my teenage son to come home then we cut the box open and took the pieces upstairs because there was no way he and I would be able to carry this box up the stairs the way it was shipped. That’s why the box was so beat up, every poor UPS driver did their best. So at this point I had many pieces in the corner in my bedroom and I thought well Thanksgiving is coming and then Christmas is coming and then New Year’s is coming so I don’t really even wanna tackle building this thing because it looks to me like it’s four hours right off the bat. And I think some of the reviews had said that. I just could not get motivated to build it so finally four months later, I hired somebody from craigslist who came over and was very knowledgeable and had all the tools and even then I helped him for the last hour and a half and we got it done in 3 1/2 hours. That’s why I gave it three stars. Otherwise I love it.
