Came with missing parts, waiting for over 2 weeks and parts still have not arrived

Would have been 5 stars…if the lift cylinders worked. You can still access the under storage, but you have to have a second person hold it up while you get into it. The lights work great but sometimes you have to re-velcro them under the bed. Overall, we are happy with the bed, and although it took over 4 hours to put together, the instructions were easy to follow.

Quality of bed is excellent. Lights and power strip worked as expected. Lift up mechanism is also working. But took 5 to 6 hours to assemble myself as it has around 42 steps and few are confusing. Might help if 2 people can assemble.

a lot to be desired here. The Quick Summary: bought this as an affordable pre-teen bed, what i was not expecting was the amount of work that was required to assemble this, add to that the lack of clear instructions, improper hardware. and damaged parts. Also Please NOTE: the pictures are very deceptive! the cubbies are VERY SMALL, the shelf is only 4 inches deep and cannot hold a book as pictured, can only hold nick Knacks. The Break Down: Open the box and the size of the hardware box right away let me know it was going to be a chore. The back of the head board is covered by a thin fabric and cardboard panel held on by Velcro strips. Where these strips were attached to the mdf pieces, the staples were over driven and blew out the finish on the pieces. Getting past that things went ok, apart from having to remove the part label stickers, which left residue behind. That was until i got to step 17, where the label 20mm M6 bolts were too short to connect the parts together, i had to get 25mm bolts to do this. Step 18 does not tell you what bolts to use, Its "F" if you are still reading. Once all assembled connecting the legs, cubby and middle rail together is rather finicky and you would need a second pair of hands. Final step of head board assembly is to attach the aforementioned Velcro panel. due to the over driven staples get this alignment wrong and try to remove it, there is no getting it back on, unless you have a T50 stapler. Install of the LED lights had parts dangling and required some 2 way tape to make it look finished and a cable clamp to secure the wire. i have yet to put the box spring section together, but reading reviews where the gas lift goes not hold the mattress up, i am not optimistic.
