⭐☆☆☆☆ (Would give less than one star if possible) I was very disappointed with this loveseat recliner. The biggest issue is that I was shipped two left-side seats instead of a left and right seat. Because of this, the right armrest cannot be attached and the two seats cannot be connected together in the middle, making the loveseat impossible to assemble properly. When I contacted customer service, I was told that a replacement seat or replacement loveseat was not available because the item was backordered. The suggested solution was for me to try swapping the brackets myself in order to attach the armrest and connect the seats. I have not attempted that yet, and I don’t feel that customers should have to modify a brand-new piece of furniture to make it work. Another disappointment is that the listing is somewhat misleading. I expected a power recliner, but this is actually a manual recliner. Since I haven’t even been able to assemble the loveseat correctly, I also have not been able to plug in or test the massage feature. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Receiving incorrect parts and being unable to get a replacement has left me extremely disappointed with this purchase.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this couch. First, the labels are backwards for the massage funtions on the remotes, second its supposed to heat in the lumber section which it absolutely does not, third the remotes are not wireless as described and fourth the seats are really not the comfortable and the massage is more just a vibration. At the price point I had much higher expectations.

It took us a moment to understand how it’s supposed to be put together, but quality it’s great, it’s really comfortable, it’s has a good amount to cushion and the massage option it’s amazing after a long day of work! Definitely perfect to watch movies or chill out!

Comfortable recliner with massage. One cup holder missing with top, remotes mislabeled. If you hit head massage it massages the legs, both sides mislabeled. Labels just need to be switched but they are on tight. A few minor problems but overall it’s a nice piece of furniture.

This has been a mess. First it is not a power recliner even though the description online states "The 160° Smooth Recline with Quiet Motors Recline effortlessly to a near-flat 160-degree position using the one-touch remote. Powerful yet whisper-quiet motors ensure smooth, peaceful adjustment." Then the instructions, which were terrible, mentioned power also, so we thought we must have the wrong item, but no we don't. We had an awful time putting this together, and so Wayfair sent out an independent furniture person to help us. He did a nice job and did put it together. This thing has so many cords for the massage and charging station is it crazy, and they all need to be directly plugged in. Four cords. Then after this is all done, the massage does not work on the right side of the chair. Now What! This needs major improvements!
