Don't order if your moving. They tell you it can be held for 15 days and then your playing back and forth between them and the shipper. All my items ended up at the location 15 days before I moved out of state.

Product was delivered on time in 3 separate boxes. I was able to get them in my house, unbox, place together and then enjoy the chair in an hour's time. I'm a female, 71 years old and it was only myself putting it together. I had watched a video of what to expect and how to put together, plus I read the user manual. I am very impressed with this chair. I hope it lasts for a long time. It is very comfortable. And I love how far it reclines; it reminds me of the dentist chair, which I've always loved. I recommend this chair if you want a comfortable seat.
