Excellent quality. Seats a little hard but overall very satisfied. Love the lights when watching movies and helps to light floor at night so I don’t fall.

It’s a $1000 chair - it’s what I expected. As many have mentioned the chits don’t necessarily align but overall it’s comfortable and works for our theater room. I wouldn’t buy another one but this one serves the purpose

Well, it looks great in our home and its exactly what I was looking for. Something that looks nice, comfortable, and does break the bank. I sit in it every day, and it is great to come home and put my feet up and relax. I have fallen asleep in it several times already and have only had it for two weeks. Plus to it is the head rest is electric adjustable as well. To go back to normal seating, all you have to do is hold the second button down, and it moves foot rest and head rest together. Shipping is quick as well, as it is shipped in 4 separate boxes. Some assembly is required, and all the tools you need are included.

Firm and supportive back but comfortable enough seat. Large and steady enough for a larger couple to each have their own room or comfortably snuggle (purposefully wanted a loveseat without a console in the middle, hard to find). Good reclining speed and smoothness, not too loud. Material feels nice, not sticky but pleasant texture, and seems like it may be durable. Solid black color. Each side has a light strip that only turns on and off but does so individually. Pretty good quality for the price, but not perfect. A lot of little things knock it down from 5 stars. Some of the sliding pieces holding the arms on the chairs were loose of the box but didnt realize until it was together and we were using it. The arms wobbled and had a lot of give. Had to take it apart and tighten them. The arms still arent the most stable since theyre separate pieces. Theres a good sized gap between the rear of the arms and the chair. The left chairs footrest doesnt close up to be even with the right so it always looks like it isnt closed all the way. Proprietary power connection means if the power supply ever fails, there wont be a way to get a replacement. Overall satisfied but not ecstatic.

Only 3 out of 4 pieces showed up. Can't put it together. Already moved out my old couch. I'm sitting on a folding chair. Really not happy
