It is not expresso colored, more of a distressed grey with a brown tinge. Picture shows more brown than there really is. It’s more grey in-person. I have a black and dark expresso theme going so it was too light for that. I didn’t build it because the color was an issue from the get-go, but it did seem to be made out of decent materials.
